About Us
Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started in the year 2007. This department is accredited and approved by AICTE, New Delhi & ANNA UNIVERSITY, for having academic excellence. It is well equipped with Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control System, Power Electronics and Drives, Microprocessor & Microcontroller, Electronic Circuit laboratories. It has its own Research & Development center, Simulation Laboratory and department library. The department has well qualified and experienced faculty. The department encourages the students to take up projects, industrial training and education tours. Department has Electrical forum through which students are motivated to develop co-circular & extra circular activities though the forum. The Department has received funding from AICTE to conduct Seminars.
